Ordering
KILN Design Studio requires a minimum of $500.00 to open an account. The re-order minimum is $100.00 thereafter.
All orders must be paid in full on the day it ships. Opening orders must be paid by credit card. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express and check. You may apply for terms, which are based on credit approval. Kiln Design Studio will also ship C.O.D. Late Payment
Late Payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge (18% annually). All late payments will result in a loss of terms with KILN Design Studio. A $25.00 charge applies for returned checks.

Shipping and Freight Claims
Prices are F.O.B. Brooklyn, N.Y. (Freight claims must be addressed to the carrier and are customers responsibility) A $5.00 handling charge applies to each box, per shipment. KILN Design Studio must be notified of short shipments within 48 hours upon receipt of delivery. Replacements for short shipments will be addressed ASAP.

Return Policy
All returns require a return authorization number from KILN Design Studio. Unauthorized returns are not subject to credit allowances and a call tag must be issued to retrieve merchandise. We must be notified of all merchandise returns within 14 business days upon receipt of delivery.

- Returned goods will be credited towards customers' next order with a 20% restocking fee
-Damaged or faulty items can only be returned for exact replacements
-Custom designed merchandise cannot be accepted for return

Please return merchandise to us at the address below through a delivery service that provides a tracking number and also requires a signature for verification of receipt (for example, FedEx, UPS or USPS registered mail). Please ensure that your package is insured and that shipping charges are prepaid. We do not accept returns via COD. All returns must reference your return authorization number and be clearly labeled as a return.

Back Orders
Back orders are assumed acceptable, unless otherwise noted on the original order. Split shipments will incur additional shipment charges.

Prices
All prices are wholesale and are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in manufacturing costs. We will contact the customer for approval prior to shipment if this occurs. We reserve the right to make any necessary changes in content or price, or to discontinue items upon our discretion. Custom changes will apply to changes and modifications of merchandise.

Lead Time
The majority of orders are shipped in 3-4 weeks, although lead times may vary. Please contact us for confirmation. Orders paid in full are expedited.

Cancellations
Cancellation notice must be given at least 48 hours after the order is placed; otherwise a 20% restocking charge will apply. No cancellations are accepted once an order has been shipped. Refunds will be processed and credited to the same account to which they were originally billed. Please allow two billing cycles from the date of cancellation for the account to be credited.

Production Qualities
KILN Design Studio reserves the right to make minor design changes, alter dimensions, and modify materials and finishes as necessary without notice. Items may vary slightly from listed information. Please remember that our products may vary slightly in size, color and texture, which does not necessarily indicate defectiveness and is a trademark of a handmade product.
